What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise AI strategy, operationalizing LLMs and agentic systems into production use cases.
• Build and own the end-to-end development environment, optimizing CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and developer workflows.
• Design scalable and cost-efficient architecture across cloud, data, and application layers in both secure and non-secure environments.
• Lead high-impact initiatives to improve engineering velocity, cost structure, and overall scalability.
• Partner with the CIO and CTO to translate AI and platform investments into clear business value and ROI.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee) to comply with export control/ITAR laws.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or enterprise architecture.
• 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise AI solutions and working with LLMs or AI/ML systems.
• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including distributed teams in growth environments.
• Expertise in cloud-native platforms and modern DevOps practices.
