Sr. Manager, Quote-to-Cash Transformation

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash transformation from deal initiation through customer activation.
• Assess current-state processes and define a scalable future-state operating model and transformation roadmap.
• Redesign manual and fragmented workflows across quoting, approvals, contracting, billing setup, and activation.
• Establish governance frameworks, approval authorities, deal guardrails, ownership, handoffs, and service expectations.
• Partner with Sales, Commercial Ops, Legal, Finance, GTM Systems, Billing Engineering, and Billing Product.
• Define metrics and lead implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement programs.

Requirements

• Experience leading cross-functional business transformation programs from design through implementation and measurable impact.
• Ability to improve Quote-to-Cash processes, policies, systems, data, controls, and organizational responsibilities.
• Experience working with CRM, CPQ, contract management, billing, and related commercial systems.
• Knowledge of complex commercial constructs such as usage-based pricing, multi-year agreements, ramp structures, prepayments, and custom terms.
