What you will do

• Own and optimize the end-to-end deal lifecycle from initiation through customer activation.
• Define and enforce policies and governance frameworks for deal structuring, approvals, and billing readiness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to streamline contracting and ensure compliance.
• Embed workflows and controls into CPQ, CRM, and contract tools to improve deal velocity.
• Partner with Billing Engineering and Product to ensure order forms are accurately and automatically ingested into billing systems.
• Develop playbooks and guidance for Sales to handle complex deal constructs, such as usage-based pricing and multi-year deals.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in GTM Ops, Sales Ops, or Commercial Ops.
• Deep expertise in Quote-to-Cash and deal lifecycle processes.
• Proven ability to build and scale processes within fast-growing environments.
• Experience with CPQ, CRM, billing, and contract management systems.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
