What you will do

  • Develop and execute partner programs that drive measurable revenue and pipeline growth.
  • Design and optimize scalable workflows, onboarding experiences, and launch templates for partners.
  • Own partnership reporting, dashboards, and analytics to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to align goals and compensation.
  • Manage partnership budgets, events, sponsorships, and contracting workflows.
  • Lead partner communications, including newsletters and training materials.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in high-tech B2B partner ecosystems.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven success in designing and executing partner programs.
  • Strong data analysis skills with experience managing partner portals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to deliver key initiatives.
