What you will do

• Assist with data collection, cleansing, and organization to support strategic projects.
• Maintain dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics and identify trends.
• Generate and distribute routine reports for the AMS sales organization.
• Support data entry and maintenance in Salesforce and other internal systems.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to implement and maintain sales processes.
• Maintain sales operations documentation and the internal knowledge base.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in a support role, preferably in sales or business operations.
• Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and SaaS business models.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and data management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce.com.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Domo, Tableau, or Clari.
