What you will do

• Coach, train, and motivate a team of Energy Technicians to ensure productivity and accuracy.
• Act as the primary on-site representative for customers and contractors to encourage program participation.
• Perform residential energy efficiency upgrades and recommend technical solutions.
• Document inspection results and interactions while adhering to strict program requirements.
• Provide status updates to program staff and troubleshoot technical problems in the field.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Over 3 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage field crews.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks.
