What you will do

• Lead, train, and mentor a unionized workforce while managing performance expectations.
• Direct site maintenance plans and coordinate operational priorities across multiple locations.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and perform documented site inspections to enforce safety policies.
• Ensure all field activities comply with environmental permits and local regulations.
• Oversee the operational readiness of fleet equipment and coordinate maintenance repairs.
• Resolve abnormal operating conditions proactively to prevent escalation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of experience in landscaping, industrial maintenance, or related technical disciplines.
• Proven track record in leading and coordinating a union workforce.
• Deep commitment to workplace safety and field-level hazard mitigation.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems and industrial maintenance practices.
• Must be able to work onsite in Wheatfield, Indiana.

• Previous supervisory experience within a utility or large-scale infrastructure environment.
• Formal training or certification in maintenance management or industrial operations.
