Compensation: $219,600 – $562,600 USD (Total Target Compensation based on geographic zone)

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of Channel Systems Engineers aligned to strategic partners.
- Serve as the primary technical connector across Field Sales, Alliances, and Partner SE teams to reduce friction.
- Define channel SE strategy and translate it into repeatable execution models.
- Set the technical bar for engagements regarding cyber recovery, platform architectures, and AI readiness.
- Partner with senior leadership across Product, Engineering, and Marketing to influence GTM strategy.
- Represent channel SE leadership in executive forums and support high-stakes partner conversations.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 15+ years of experience in pre-sales systems engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise technology.
- 8+ years of experience leading managers or senior technical professionals.
- Proven success influencing outcomes across matrixed organizations and partner ecosystems.
- Strong background in infrastructure, data platforms, security, and resilience.
- Executive-level communication skills with C-suite engagement experience.
- Willingness to travel 50–70%
