What you will do

• Design and develop complex mechatronic control systems including electronic, electro-mechanical, and electro-hydraulic components.
• Perform mathematical performance modeling using tools like MatLab/Simulink, Spice, and FEA.
• Create 3D designs and 2D drawings for flight and engine control products.
• Develop qualification test methods and compile detailed analysis and test reports.
• Ensure configuration control and adherence to aerospace quality systems.
• Present technical details to customers and collaborate across engineering teams.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for and maintain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance.
• Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Proven experience in mechatronic control systems within the aerospace sector.
• Proficiency in performance modeling tools such as MatLab/Simulink, MathCAD, or FEA.
• Knowledge of aerospace materials, machining, and fabrication processes.
• Ability to estimate work time and manage engineering tasks effectively.
