Senior RF Engineer

What you will do

• Lead antenna and RF equipment development through internal or sub-contracted work packages.
• Maintain and improve antenna/RF designs for product enhancements and obsolescence management.
• Derive, verify, and validate requirements and specifications.
• Provide technical support to supply chain, quality, suppliers, and customers.
• Support external designs, production tests, module manufacture, trend/root cause analysis.
• Manage small work packages, generate estimates, ensure documentation and engineering procedures compliance.

Requirements

• PCB design at microwave frequencies, including schematics and layout review.
• RF component selection (high power amplifiers, LNAs, limiters, circulators, filters, mixers, PLLs).
• RF system design (cascade analysis).
• Familiarity with RF test equipment (spectrum analysers, VNAs).
• Antenna theory, design, and test (array, slotted array, printed antennas).
• Design for test/manufacture; production environment experience (SMT processes).
• Good command of written and verbal English.
