Alternative Data Management, Servicing Team Lead - Assistant Vice President (AI/ML)

Location: Stamford, Connecticut, United States; office-based Monday–Thursday with remote work available on Friday

Salary: $85,000–$125,000 per year, plus equity for full-time employees and an annual performance bonus

What you will do

• Lead and develop analysts and associates responsible for alternative data management servicing workflows.
• Oversee capital activity, NAVs, investor reporting, document ingestion, classification, and data extraction.
• Review and validate investor and fund-level data for client delivery and downstream reporting.
• Drive straight-through processing and identify automation opportunities in document classification and data extraction.
• Establish operational controls, exception tracking, stoplight frameworks, and KPI monitoring.
• Partner with Operations, Data Solutions, Product, Engineering, Client Delivery, and Relationship Management teams on issue resolution, onboarding, and platform enhancements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in financial services, alternative investment operations, or fund administration.
• 3+ years of people management experience, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
• Strong knowledge of alternative investment structures, capital activity, NAVs, and investor reporting.
• Experience with document and data processing workflows, automation, and straight-through processing initiatives.
• Ability to design and improve operational processes, controls, and KPIs while managing complex data scenarios.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
