What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, ensuring success with cloud infrastructure offerings.
• Collaborate with customers to create, prototype, and deploy tailored solutions for high-performance compute environments.
• Lead proof of concept initiatives to demonstrate the viability of solutions.
• Act as a virtual member of the Networking product and engineering teams to drive product enhancements.
• Conduct technical reviews and assessments of customer workloads to identify optimization opportunities.
• Represent the company at conferences and industry events.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Field Engineer, or Technical Account Manager in Cloud Infrastructure.
• Expertise in building distributed systems or HPC/cloud services with a focus on infrastructure networking.
• Strong familiarity with Kubernetes CSI management and private networking concepts.
• Experience with NVIDIA GPUs, Infiniband, and NCCL.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information (U.S. person or eligible for authorization).

• Code contributions to open-source inference frameworks.
• Experience with scripting and automation for network technologies.
• Experience building solutions across multi-cloud environments.
