What you will do

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for high-precision semiconductor products.
• Analyze cycle time, throughput, and bottlenecks to drive factory-level efficiency improvements.
• Perform SPC and process capability analysis to identify variation sources and implement corrective measures.
• Evaluate yield and defects to implement containment and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain standard work, control plans, and visual management systems.
• Work hands-on in the factory to validate solutions and support production builds.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering roles.
• Proficiency in GD&T, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, 8D, and FMEA problem-solving methods.
• Hands-on experience with Python, MATLAB, Minitab, JMP, or Visio.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology per US Export Administration Regulations.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
