Salary: $137,150–$205,400 per annum

What you will do
- Oversee cross-functional tapeout execution, ensuring alignment across design, operations, CAD, and manufacturing teams.
- Act as a key liaison between operations, design teams, and foundry partners to manage tapeout logistics.
- Manage database transfers, tapeout submissions, JobView reviews, and mask releases.
- Collaborate with CAD teams to develop and deploy automation solutions for improved tapeout efficiency.
- Partner with Finance to evaluate mask and wafer costs and manage purchase orders.
- Coordinate with Planning and Packaging teams to maintain part numbers and service requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field required; M.S. or Ph.D. preferred.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in tapeout support or foundry logistics in a fab or fabless environment.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor process technologies and manufacturing fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and knowledge of layout and physical verification tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills for handling concurrent activities.
