What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between internal talent groups, Revenue (Marketing/Sales), and Legal/Business Affairs teams for client campaigns.
• Review, categorize, and price complex talent requests based on the specific needs of each campaign.
• Coordinate with the People Team to clear employees for projects and maintain a database of cleared talent.
• Perform social media background checks on employee talent as part of the clearance process.
• Draft and process legal documents, including employee talent riders and releases.
• Collaborate with Finance departments to track revenue and reconcile project expenses.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico City (CDMX).
• 4-6 years of business and legal experience.
• Paralegal certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across a complex internal organization.
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced sales environment.
