What you will do

• Plan and control national and international vehicle projects, managing resources, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate target costing and monitor cost drivers to ensure economic targets are met.
• Lead supplier selection and decision processes, incorporating risk evaluation and contract reviews.
• Manage change requests, negotiating volumes and costs while ensuring timely implementation.
• Provide technical leadership to project associates and coordinate with the Main Project Leader.
• Ensure compliance with IATF and customer-specific requirements throughout all project phases.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in Project Management, automotive development, and part qualification processes.
• Knowledge of risk analysis, statistical tools, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Project Management standards such as PMI or PMP.
• English: Business level required.
• Location: Must be based in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
