What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery and launch of high-traffic digital media websites.
• Act as the operational owner, identifying risks, removing blockers, and driving project execution.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary liaison between design, editorial, product, and engineering teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Demos.
• Maintain Jira backlogs and ensure clear documentation of requirements and tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in Uruguay
• Proven experience leading high-traffic website launches or large-scale content migrations.
• Strong background in digital media, publishing, or content-rich platforms.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise CMS platforms like Contentful, WordPress, Drupal, or AEM.
• Expert-level proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence).
• Solid understanding of SDLC and ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.
