What you will do

• Lead testing of key IT general controls (ITGCs) including user provisioning and change management.
• Assess and test IT application controls embedded within critical business systems.
• Perform data analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and control exceptions in large datasets.
• Collaborate with IT, Internal Audit, and Security teams to align on audit scope and remediation.
• Support SOX compliance activities and internal audit engagements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Accounting, or Data Science.
• 2+ years of experience in IT audit, SOX compliance, or internal controls testing.
• Strong understanding of SOX requirements, COSO frameworks, and risk assessment practices.
• Excellent project management and communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage audit project team members.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems, Okta, Workday, Oracle, ServiceNow, or Salesforce.
• Professional certifications such as CISA or CIA.
• Prior experience supporting global audit teams.
• Advanced data analytics skills.
