What you will do

• Lead the live game organization, overseeing event design, content cadence, and economy health.
• Partner with product and data leadership to set long-term engagement and monetization goals.
• Build scalable processes for planning and executing global live events and updates.
• Collaborate with The Pokémon Company on brand integration and content approvals.
• Mentor and inspire a multidisciplinary global team of producers and product managers.
• Track and report on key business health metrics to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in live service game development, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven success managing complex, cross-functional teams in a live service environment.
• Deep understanding of player engagement loops, economy management, and retention strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide creative decisions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in San Francisco, United States.
