Salary: $96,000–$142,000 CAD (Ontario) or $115,000–$160,000 USD (California)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for new features and optimizations from concept to post-launch analysis.
• Author comprehensive product specifications, user stories, and wireframes to guide development.
• Define, monitor, and analyze core KPIs to drive continuous improvement through hypothesis-driven experiments.
• Partner with leadership to execute product strategy and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, art, and data science to balance business objectives and player experience.
• Translate player feedback and market analysis into actionable product requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing mobile apps, web, or game development.
• Proven ability to concept new features and deconstruct user-facing problems.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
