What you will do

• Define and evolve the product strategy, target player personas, and value propositions for a new IP.
• Manage the product roadmap by balancing player signal, market context, and development constraints.
• Integrate analytics into product planning, defining measurement frameworks for engagement and monetization.
• Collaborate with Studio and Publishing leadership in Design, Engineering, and Marketing to align on business outcomes.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and a Director of Analytics.
• Design an operating model to transition analytics into a standalone growth function as the franchise matures.

Requirements

• Proven experience shaping F2P and live-service products, including economies, progression, and lifecycle strategy.
• Strong track record of building and leading high-performing product and analytics teams.
• Ability to make evidence-based decisions in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
• Excellent structured communication skills for presenting complex recommendations to executives.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA for a hybrid work arrangement.

• Experience with PvP shooters.
