What you will do

  • Manage the P&L for the total Japan Video Collaboration category.
  • Lead 4P management including product offering, pricing, margin management, and channel strategy.
  • Oversee demand and supply planning in collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain teams.
  • Analyze B2B customer requirements to influence future product roadmaps and solutions.
  • Develop and execute VC plans based on market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with global partners like Microsoft, Zoom, and Google to drive local co-marketing activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably with hardware devices.
  • Proven experience managing a category or product line with P&L responsibility.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written) is a must.
  • Native or near-native Japanese proficiency to effectively engage with the local market.
  • Strong data analytical skills and ability to influence brand strategy.
  • Experience in developing comprehensive GTM plans and 360-degree marketing campaigns.
