What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of named clients to drive lifecycle adoption, cross-sell, and advocacy.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with C-level and executive stakeholders.
- Develop and execute key account plans, including retention strategies and power maps.
- Deliver and communicate ROI throughout the client lifecycle to ensure active engagement.
- Coordinate across internal teams including sales, service delivery, and marketing to ensure seamless client experience.
- Meet or exceed quarterly quota targets for renewals and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be based in Japan.
- 15+ years of experience in Consultative Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
- Strong knowledge of the enterprise software industry, specifically Oracle or SAP.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographical client portfolios.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate support contracts and drive cross-sell initiatives.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and MS Office Suite.
