TL;DR

Sr. Client Success Manager (Enterprise Software): Managing and expanding partnerships with enterprise clients to drive adoption, retention, and cross-sell opportunities with an accent on delivering ROI and building C-level executive relationships. Focus on proactive account management, developing strategic account plans, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term advocacy.

Location: Must be based in Japan

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of named clients to drive lifecycle adoption, cross-sell, and advocacy.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with C-level and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute key account plans, including retention strategies and power maps.
  • Deliver and communicate ROI throughout the client lifecycle to ensure active engagement.
  • Coordinate across internal teams including sales, service delivery, and marketing to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly quota targets for renewals and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Japan.
  • 15+ years of experience in Consultative Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
  • Strong knowledge of the enterprise software industry, specifically Oracle or SAP.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographical client portfolios.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate support contracts and drive cross-sell initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and MS Office Suite.
