What you will do

• Define and execute growth strategies for Networks, Communications, and Enterprise Storage aligned with corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Management to influence roadmaps based on market requirements and competitive insights.
• Drive go-to-market initiatives and commercial campaigns to increase revenue and customer adoption.
• Establish Business Segment objectives, KPIs, and execution priorities across all functions.
• Align customer needs with product positioning and technical value propositions.
• Analyze business performance, pipeline development, and market dynamics.

Requirements

• Degree in marketing, business administration, or engineering.
• Experience in product/technical marketing, sales, or business development within electrical engineering disciplines.
• Deep understanding of high-bandwidth, low-latency communications for networking and storage applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in GTM strategies, campaign management, and sales enablement.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
