What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap for digital healthcare solutions in Japan and Korea.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and planning to launch and performance optimization.
• Manage and mentor local product and content development teams to foster a customer-centric and outcome-driven culture.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and sales teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Act as the primary interface between local teams and global product, technology, and platform leadership.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive investment decisions based on market trends and clinical needs.

Requirements

• 10-12+ years of experience in digital product management, including leadership of complex portfolios.
• Fluency in both Japanese and English is required for professional operation in local and global settings.
• Proven experience in managing and developing product managers.
• Strong background in digital products within healthcare, education, life sciences, or regulated industries.
• Deep understanding of modern product management practices, agile development, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working effectively in global, matrixed organizations.
