What you will do
- Define and clarify complex business, functional, and system requirements for BSS platforms.
- Manage the product backlog, project operations, and production improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with internal development teams, external vendors, and diverse stakeholders.
- Oversee system integration requirements and manage technical delivery pipelines.
- Handle production issues and implement long-term solutions for system stability.
- Drive product strategy with a focus on AI-driven platform capabilities and project ROI.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in product management or high-level R&D.
- Japanese proficiency: JLPT N2 or higher is mandatory.
- Strong technical background in protocols, databases, and general software architecture.
- Proficiency in documenting functional and interface specifications.
- Experience in developing comprehensive test cases and managing production troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple development projects in parallel.
Nice to have
- Experience in the telecommunications industry specifically with BSS systems.
- Proficiency in SQL and coding for system analysis.
- Background in Billing, Payment, EC Portal, or API-based system integrations.
