What you will do

  • Provide technical and execution support during product discovery and development phases.
  • Analyze and classify new product ideas and feature extensions to ensure alignment with customer needs and business growth.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications, design briefs, process sketches, and prototypes.
  • Translate product concepts into a structured and prioritized development backlog.
  • Collaborate with engineering, content, UX, and QA teams to ensure on-time delivery of the product roadmap.
  • Monitor sprint progress and proactively remove blockers in the delivery cycle.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience as a System Integration Consultant/Manager or in Product Operations/Support roles.
  • Professional background in EdTech, HealthTech, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
  • Experience working with technical and content teams to align on requirements and execution.
  • Ability to document and translate complex product requirements into actionable workstreams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese.
