What you will do
- Lead and improve operational performance across hub, spoke, and van operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Champion a strong health and safety culture by embedding preventative practices across all activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service for fleet inspections and fitments in line with agreed SLAs.
- Oversee commercial performance, including sales, profitability, margins, and stock management.
- Collaborate with internal finance and sales teams to enhance service quality and operational coverage.
- Develop and coach a high-performing team through training, engagement, and clear development pathways.
Requirements
- Experience in the tyre industry or a similar fast-paced, field service or automotive environment.
- Proven ability to lead and support teams of 10+ people with a collaborative leadership style.
- Strong commercial awareness with confidence in managing budgets, margins, and operational performance.
- Practical problem-solving skills with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
- Strong customer relationship skills with a focus on service quality and long-term partnerships.
- Flexibility around working hours, travel, and occasional weekend work.
