What you will do

  • Lead and improve operational performance across hub, spoke, and van operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Champion a strong health and safety culture by embedding preventative practices across all activities.
  • Deliver excellent customer service for fleet inspections and fitments in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Oversee commercial performance, including sales, profitability, margins, and stock management.
  • Collaborate with internal finance and sales teams to enhance service quality and operational coverage.
  • Develop and coach a high-performing team through training, engagement, and clear development pathways.

Requirements

  • Experience in the tyre industry or a similar fast-paced, field service or automotive environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and support teams of 10+ people with a collaborative leadership style.
  • Strong commercial awareness with confidence in managing budgets, margins, and operational performance.
  • Practical problem-solving skills with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong customer relationship skills with a focus on service quality and long-term partnerships.
  • Flexibility around working hours, travel, and occasional weekend work.
