What you will do

• Develop and execute commercial partnerships with UK transport operators to maximize guest and team member access.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including External Affairs, Legal, and Finance to secure advantageous arrangements at transport nodes.
• Partner with international UDX colleagues to implement best practices for seamless guest arrival experiences.
• Manage agreements with rail, bus, aviation, and ride-share operators to ensure frictionless transit.
• Coordinate construction traffic management plans and liaise with logistics providers during the development phase.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety policies across all transport operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Bedford, United Kingdom.
• Progressive experience in managing travel and transport partnerships with public and private stakeholders.
• Proven success in navigating and developing multi-modal transport solutions for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills across diverse stakeholder groups, including vendors and contractors.
• Ability to leverage professional networks among operational transport providers.
• Ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment with high emotional intelligence.
