Site Supply Chain Manager

What you will do

• Coordinate with operations, quality, and engineering to ensure material and service availability.
• Represent the supply chain department in site leadership reviews and sales, inventory, and operations planning.
• Oversee purchase order placement in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Drive upstream supplier integration, including demand visibility and lean materials management.
• Monitor and mitigate obsolescence risks to minimize supply chain disruptions.
• Mentor and coach the supply chain team within a unique, regulated environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Material Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or management position.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance.
• Strong strategic perspective and ability to manage long lead times and technical challenges.
• Willingness to travel to suppliers and customers as required.
