What you will do

• Act as a primary thought partner to the Global Head of Partnerships, extending their reach and influence.
• Lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives that lack a clear owner.
• Coordinate with other Chiefs of Staff to align the Partnerships agenda with global leadership priorities.
• Manage executive communications, including board updates, all-hands content, and executive briefings.
• Prepare leadership for high-stakes partner meetings, CEO syncs, and speaking engagements.
• Serve as the connective tissue between leadership and the broader team to ensure decisions are executed effectively.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, as a Chief of Staff, or in a senior individual-contributor role supporting C-suite leaders.
• Working knowledge of the cloud and AI partner ecosystem (AWS, GCP, Azure, SIs, ISVs).
• Strong written communication skills with experience drafting for CEO or board-level audiences.
• High EQ and the ability to maintain confidence and candor with senior leadership.
• Must be based in London, UK and able to work in the office at least 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience at a hyperscaler or enterprise SaaS company during rapid scaling.
• Direct experience supporting a senior GTM leader as a Chief of Staff or right hand.
