What you will do

  • Collaborate with Trustees and stakeholders to define and execute an ambitious strategy for the hirify.global Foundation.
  • Refine annual plans to ensure charity collaborations align with the Foundation’s purpose and deliver meaningful outcomes.
  • Design and oversee an impact framework to measure success and ensure focus on long-term social outcomes.
  • Build and manage relationships with non-profit partners, acting as the senior lead for priority collaborations.
  • Lead operational delivery, including governance, reporting, and line management of the Social Impact Coordinator.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Foundation, articulating the value and outcomes of the work to internal and external audiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the charity sector, social impact, or partnership development.
  • Ability to operate at a strategic level with strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Skilled at building trusted relationships and translating complex requests into clear, actionable plans.
  • Confident in interpreting data and feedback to shape compelling impact narratives.
  • Proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to work effectively in partnership with diverse stakeholders.
