What you will do
- Act as a strategic partner to the General Manager of Core Banking and the leadership team.
- Drive strategic planning and execution for high-priority, cross-functional initiatives.
- Own and improve leadership operating rhythms, including planning cadences and decision-making processes.
- Establish visibility across organizational, financial, and performance metrics to support prioritization.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and resolve blockers to help the organization scale effectively.
- Build alignment across teams to ensure strategic decisions translate into meaningful outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience in strategy, operations, consulting, investment banking, or previous Chief of Staff roles.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with operational excellence and a bias for execution.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex problems.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to influence senior leaders.
- Resilience and the ability to operate at pace across multiple priorities.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
