What you will do

• Manage and coach property and lettings teams to ensure high service quality and commercial discipline.
• Lead the local delivery and adoption of group initiatives, new operating models, and system migrations.
• Grow the landlord portfolio by winning new instructions and increasing the share of wallet.
• Take full accountability for the branch P&L, including budgeting, rent pricing, and fee maximization.
• Coordinate local operations and serve as the primary escalation point for service quality issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in people management, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Experience in change and integration, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams through transitions.
• Full understanding of the lettings cycle, including tenancy, property management, and compliance.
• Strong commercial acumen and P&L literacy for effective budgeting and cost control.
• Track record of growing a landlord base and building B2B sales partnerships.
