What you will do

• Work directly with the CEO on high-priority special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Structure and execute solutions across product, trading, strategy, finance, and operations.
• Lead scoping and modeling for new markets, products, and regulatory environments.
• Analyze trading, supply economics, and operational bottlenecks to drive efficiency.
• Prepare strategic insights and materials for executive-level decision-making.
• Negotiate with strategic partners and manage key commercial relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top university in STEM with coding or analytical experience.
• Demonstrated track record of exceptional achievement in high-intensity environments.
• Ability to break down complex problems and execute rapidly with limited guidance.
• Highly operational mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently or leading cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to work on-site in London, UK.
