Salary: $152,900 – $293,810 USD (based on geographic market).

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to embed BRAVE values into leadership behaviors and people processes.
• Define and evolve the employer brand strategy and employee value proposition.
• Develop internal communication strategies that connect employees to company priorities and leadership messaging.
• Build and manage a scalable content engine for employee storytelling across social media and internal channels.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and executive leadership to align internal narratives with external brand messaging.
• Define success metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of culture activation and employer brand initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Employer Brand, Culture, Internal Communications, or Talent Marketing.
• Proven success in building and scaling culture strategies within a global organization.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with operational execution capabilities.
• Experience partnering with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exceptional storytelling, communication, and content development skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Sunnyvale, CA four days per week.
