What you will do
- Act as the primary focal point for all quality-related customer communications and complaints.
- Lead customer-facing quality discussions, issue resolution, and quality reviews.
- Facilitate Product Change Management (PCN) to ensure timely implementation of customer requirements.
- Organize and facilitate customer audits to demonstrate Quality Management System effectiveness.
- Develop and execute Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs) to enhance customer quality scores.
- Present quality performance summaries at internal management reviews.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Engineering within the semiconductor industry.
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing principles, failure analysis, and reliability.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems including ISO9000, IATF16949, and VDA.
- Proficiency in 8D problem-solving, requirements management, and change management.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with global stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Audit experience in automotive or medical standards (ISO13485).
- Experience in a global manufacturing environment with understanding of operations and logistics.
