What you will do

• Support the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO9001 and AS9100.
• Conduct internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Lead improvement activities to enhance product quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor quality KPIs, identify risks, and prepare performance reports for management.
• Coordinate investigations into quality issues and customer complaints in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Provide quality planning and risk identification support for development projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in the manufacturing industry.
• Mandatory knowledge of ISO9001; AS9100 experience is highly preferred.
• Native or near-native Japanese proficiency required for local operations and communication.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively across departments.

Nice to have

• Experience applying statistical quality control methods such as SPC, FMEA, and Six Sigma.
• Practical knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, or electrical engineering segments.
