Location: Harsewinkel, Germany (Hybrid work possible).

What you will do

• Analyze existing requirements, current status, and best practices for management systems.
• Contribute ideas and activities to the implementation and continuous improvement of management systems.
• Prepare and document workshops for the Quality Excellence department.
• Create presentations and training materials.
• Support the team as an intern or working student for a minimum of 3 months.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in quality management, energy management, environmental management, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or economics.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills required.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as part of a team.
• Interest in management systems and quality excellence.

Nice to have

• Initial experience in the field of management systems (environmental, energy, or quality management).
