• Define and evolve the regional quality vision, standards, and KPIs.
• Lead hands-on test automation initiatives and enable teams to adopt sustainable practices.
• Champion innovation in GenAI-driven testing and modern quality engineering.
• Mentor and develop QE professionals into high-performing technical leaders.
• Partner with Engineering leadership and the Regional CTO to drive QE strategy.
• Co-lead quality governance, risk identification, and mitigation activities.

Требования

• 5–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing with a focus on test architecture.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
• Proven success leading large-scale QE initiatives and driving quality improvements.
• Strong experience with test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/DevOps methodologies.
• Ability to operate at both hands-on technical and strategic leadership levels.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
