Mechanical Intern (Mouse): Supporting R&D teams in the design and development of gaming peripherals with an accent on mechanical prototyping, parameter analysis, and user testing. Focus on creating functional prototypes, conducting performance measurements, and documenting design iterations.

Location: Must be based in Hsinchu, Taiwan

What you will do

• Review and analyze current market product designs and parameters.
• Develop and validate prototypes based on defined design goals.
• Utilize measurement and testing equipment, including optical CMM and drop testing.
• Organize and execute user testing and qualification sessions.
• Create sketches, technical drawings, and renderings for presentations.
• Deliver a fully functional prototype demonstrating analyzed parameters.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate-level student in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (3rd-year students may be considered).
• Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal).
• Strong ability to analyze large volumes of data.
• Experience or proficiency in 3D modeling (Pro/E).
• Interest in design, technology, and gaming.
