What you will do

• Execute system upgrades, installations, and relocations at customer locations, including assembly, alignment, and testing.
• Analyze complex technical problems, gather diagnostic information, and define action plans for resolution.
• Perform hardware installations and system recovery for upgrade packages following detailed plans.
• Negotiate machine time windows with customers and manage the logistical preparation of parts and tools.
• Drive the execution and implementation of process improvements by persuading key stakeholders.
• Coach and educate junior engineers, reviewing their progress and overseeing multiple systems/products.

Requirements

• BSc degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven work experience in the semiconductor industry is required.
• Specialized knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, and semiconductor processes.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools and standard office software (spreadsheets, presentations).
• Ability to work onsite in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
• Experience performing in fast-paced and ambiguous environments with a focus on customer relationships.
