What you will do

• Design, implement, and support hardware design tools, flows, and methodologies for engineering teams.
• Develop and verify unique hardware designs and platforms for comprehensive EDA tool testing.
• Create and maintain databases, scripts, and automation tools to improve design workflows.
• Analyze and optimize engineering tools to enhance power, performance, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and industry-leading EDA vendors to define next-generation methodologies.
• Build deep expertise in digital design, verification, physical layout, and full-chip integration.

Requirements

• Must be based in Taiwan (Hsinchu or Taipei).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 2–6+ years of relevant experience depending on degree level.
• Proficiency in EDA tools and hardware design methodologies.
• Strong programming and scripting skills in Python, Perl, or TCL.
• Comprehensive knowledge of hardware design, verification, and performance optimization processes.
