What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for business lines to ensure high-quality IC test production.
• Lead the new product introduction (NPI) process for IC testing.
• Coordinate with wafer and final test factories to facilitate smooth product transfers.
• Manage escalation processes to reduce risks and impacts on customers and production.
• Oversee test tooling availability and maintain manufacturing master databases.
• Facilitate IC test data reviews and track improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• English and Mandarin proficiency required (TOEIC > 600).
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• 1 year of experience in IC testing or a related field is preferred.
