What you will do

• Perform on-site troubleshooting, jam recovery, and utilization improvement for production tester systems.
• Execute new system installations, upgrades, and retrofits at customer sites.
• Analyze technical data to identify root causes of mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
• Conduct periodic preventative maintenance according to established guidelines.
• Report major issues and escalations to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Provide daily status reports on system performance and critical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in electrical, mechanical, or semiconductor fields.
• Familiarity with automation testing and maintenance of automation equipment.
• Ability to analyze automation and testing logs.
• English proficiency for both written and verbal communication.
• Strong reporting skills using MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
• Willingness to work night/weekend shifts or overtime as required.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for business.
