What you will do
- Analyze and solve complex technical problems escalated from first-line support, including in-fab support.
- Lead the resolution of "unsolvable" machine problems and optimize processes for better efficiency and serviceability.
- Drive problem routing and resolution with GSC/D&E teams, documenting all technical data and pass-downs.
- Develop and execute technical procedures for machine repairs and maintenance, including risk assessment.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, developing internal training syllabus and materials.
- Influence SLA metrics including system availability, uptime, MTBI, and throughput.
Requirements
- MS degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in the semiconductor industry is required.
- Specialized knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, and semiconductor processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and standard office software.
- Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
- Strong track record in stakeholder management within multidisciplinary environments.
