What you will do
- Analyze technical problems, gather diagnostic information, and execute initial resolution approaches.
- Perform hardware installation, assembly, alignment, and testing of equipment at customer locations.
- Execute system setup and recovery for upgrade packages and local field swaps.
- Train customers on equipment usage and routine maintenance, recommending procedure changes when needed.
- Identify process gaps and report improvement opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
- Coach and provide technical support to less experienced engineers on their initial tasks.
Requirements
- BSc degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
- Experience in the technical industry; semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by the United States Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
