What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum events and coach teams toward self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Design tailored retrospectives and assess Agile maturity to adjust coaching approaches.
• Remove impediments and use empirical data, such as velocity and predictability, to drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with product teams on backlog management and release forecasting.
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and coordinate larger projects across multiple interdependent teams.
• Facilitate quarterly planning and track strategic goals for assigned teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, IT, or 5+ years of related work experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Deep knowledge of multiple agile frameworks and lean principles.

Nice to have

• Understanding of business strategy techniques like Lean Startup and Design Thinking.
• Knowledge of CI/CD techniques and emergent architecture in iterative development.
• Proficiency in building complex automations to increase Scrum Team efficiency.
