Salary: $125,000 - $200,000

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day execution of complex healthcare consulting engagements and workstreams.
• Translate strategic recommendations into executable initiatives with defined milestones and impact metrics.
• Develop and manage integrated workplans, including dependencies and critical path tracking.
• Support client alignment and decision-making with VP- and Director-level leaders.
• Track benefits realization tied to EBITDA improvement, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement.
• Coordinate PMO and project support resources while identifying and mitigating execution risks.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in healthcare consulting, operations, or transformation roles.
• Demonstrated success leading complex workstreams with measurable outcomes.
• Strong execution and project management capabilities.
• Solid financial acumen related to margin, cost, revenue, or quality improvement.
• Experience working in complex healthcare environments.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
