What you will do
- Prospect high-quality, policy-compliant leads for the New Business Sales team.
- Research potential customers using social media, industry news, blogs, and other external sources.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure timely and relevant prospecting.
- Evaluate prospective client potential in alignment with sales team expectations.
- Deliver a consistent volume of ready-to-call leads on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams to calibrate lead quality and plan for market seasonality.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Sutherland, NSW, Australia.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
- Strong research skills and ability to identify potential business opportunities.
- Ability to understand market seasonality and industry trends.
- Excellent collaboration skills for working with sales and associate teams.
