What you will do

  • Prospect high-quality, policy-compliant leads for the New Business Sales team.
  • Research potential customers using social media, industry news, blogs, and other external sources.
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure timely and relevant prospecting.
  • Evaluate prospective client potential in alignment with sales team expectations.
  • Deliver a consistent volume of ready-to-call leads on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams to calibrate lead quality and plan for market seasonality.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Sutherland, NSW, Australia.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
  • Strong research skills and ability to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Ability to understand market seasonality and industry trends.
  • Excellent collaboration skills for working with sales and associate teams.
