What you will do

• Manage existing merchant relationships to increase hit rates and retain business.
• Train merchants on DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion) benefits and best practices.
• Identify and onboard new business leads through networking and cold calling.
• Analyze performance data to optimize merchant engagement and incentive programs.
• Represent the company at industry events and forums in NSW and ACT.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve merchant issues and ensure service delivery.

Requirements

• Must be an Australian citizen.
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience, preferably in payments or financial services.
• Hotel industry experience is essential.
• Proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or Hospitality.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
